Variety is something you can expect to find while diving in Palm Beach. From sharks to all kinds of tropical fish — all amongst a very color coral reef scene. On today’s dive I decided to bring along my 17-70mm lens, which is always a wonderful lens to shoot for it allows me to get some fun fish portraits and zoom in close for macro, too.
My favorite part was having a closer look at the reef in search of micro treasures. Hidden among the labyrinth of corals and sponges there are countless tiny creatures hiding in plain sight. One particular one that captured my attention was this 4-5 inch goldentail moray eel.
With some wonderful visibility I was also keen on trying some close-up wide angle shots of the colorful corals and sponges that adorn the coral reefs of Palm Beach.
